Our room had several issues. the couch was stained, the toilet seat was broken, and there was mildew in the bathroom. I felt very disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep during my stay.

I enjoyed my second stay at this Hampton Inn. The beds felt comfortable, plenty of charging outlets available between both beds, and the room stayed clean during my visit. The exercise room had decent equipment, although one treadmill wasn’t working. The complimentary breakfast had good options, though I noted that they only offered beer instead of beer and wine during happy hour, which was disappointing. It's essential to keep guests informed about any changes like that. On the downside, the overall rate seemed high for the quality, as the sofa in our room needed serious cleaning. The fridge didn’t cool properly, and I think housekeeping should ensure all appliances are in working order. The check-in process also lacked recognition for my Hilton Honors status, which should be a simple thing for staff to check. I'd suggest they review their training on that. Despite these issues, I plan to return and check the room first before getting settled in.

Had a great time with friends! The breakfast spread was impressive, offering lots of options like turkey sausage and fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond when we needed help with the TV. We loved visiting the local attractions nearby and appreciated the clean gym and pool area for unwinding after a busy day.

However, the room we stayed in felt humid, and the air conditioning unit was pretty loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The front desk service was outstanding (Terrika was a gem! ), the room was quite clean, and I appreciated the free airport shuttle. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch too.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me choose a better taxi. I highly recommend trying their breakfast! I’m coming back for a weekend.
